As an extended workbench for cabin interior manufacturers, Vartan handles the final assembly steps on the “last mile” — right next to the final assembly lines (FALs) and just before equipment installation. With deep knowledge of OEM and airline quality standards, gained through decades of hands-on product support, we ensure everything is ready for seamless integration.

Serving as an extended workbench for our customers, we perform general assembly of cabin interior products in our own workshop under customer POA. This helps relieve in-house production capacity, either temporarily or on a permanent basis.

To enhance our support capabilities, we have established a specialized workshop dedicated to the application of decorative materials, staffed by highly trained decor specialists:

- Professional, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to ensure the highest quality standards
- Designed to meet diverse customer requirements for different decor application systems
- Equipped with specialized tools, including glue-application spray guns, infrared systems for heat-activated materials, and dust-free clean rooms.

Print
We manufacture and supply adhesive
placards for all types of aircraft, offering unlimited design options in every language. These durable, impact resistant placards are produced using state-of-the-art Spandex printing and plotting technology, allowing us to quickly reproduce a wide range of decals in any Pantone color palette. Additionally, we can recreate or reconstruct a majority of placard designs from basic 2D drawings or scans. Our capabilities include but are not limited to the production of placards for cockpits, emergency equipment, seat row numbering, entrance doors, emergency exits, galleys, and cargo compartments.
