    Your tasks:

    Team Work: You lead the unique P&C team including resources, budget and infrastructure.
    Strategy: You take responsibility for the implementation of P&C's corporate strategy and ensure that P&C policies and processes are in line with current best practices and legal requirements.
    Employment law: You are the first point of contact for all legal issues and take responsibility for communicating with external bodies and partners.
    Consulting: You advise our executives and our managing director on all P&C -related topics.
    Recruiting: You have the overall view of our recruiting. You implement new recruiting methods in cooperation with the P&C Business Partner
    Employee Development: You implement and develop tools for successful and modern employee management and development.
    Payroll: You take responsibility over the payroll carried out in the company.

    You are a People & Culture Manager with heart and passion. You convince with a lot of empathy, everyday joy, humor and hands-on mentality.

    Your profile:

    • Operational and strategic experience in the area of People & Culture.
    • Ability to inspire people with a great sense of humor and empathy.
    • Completed studies in the relevant field or training as a human resources specialist or comparable qualifications.

    • Initial management experience desirable.

  • Field Service Administrator (m/f/i)
    Toulouse, France

    VARTAN.AERO is represented in different fields of aviation since 1997 to support the needs of aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, MROs and airlines.

    Vartan France in Toulouse is supporting Airbus for the programs A320, A330, A350, as well as ATR for operational needs of cabin interior, aircraft systems and composite aerostructures manufacturers.

    Your Responsibilities
    Under the authority of the Operational Manager, your main missions will be as follow : 

    Overall management of workflow linked to the maintenance of th eprogram,Daily coordination with Airbus, suppliers (and customers for the final delivery of the aricraft)Usign our internal Snagmaster software and SAP application to track cabin defaults and corrective actions (for seats, toilets, galleys etc..) Negocation of "liabilities" and "reactivity".

    At least 3 years of experience on a similar position

    What should you bring with you?

     

    • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, carpenter or other comparable technical training.

    • Experience in the field of aviation an advantage.• Desire to work in an international team.

    • Willingness to travel (national and international).

    • Good written and spoken English knowledge.

    • Application security with MS Office an advantage.

    • Class B driver's license required.

    • You're used to keeping a cool head, no matter how big the challenge.

     

    What are your tasks in our team? 

    • Carrying out rework, mainly in the cabin, directly on the aircraft.

    • The analysis of malfunctions and damage and elimination of these by repairing or replacing the affected components.

    • The Smart Repair on components of the cabin equipment.

    • The digital documentation of your work at the end of the day in Excel and SAP.

    • Making independent agreements with suppliers and customers.

    What are your tasks in our team?

    You will be an all-rounder in the commercial area.

    You negotiate with suppliers, prepare and submit orders with and without the help of IT systems for goods and services.

    You will go through several areas of the Vartan Group, such as accounting, people & culture, operational management and our Onsite Support. If you perform well, you can also get to know our locations in France, USA and Canada during 2-week familiarization weeks.

    You will learn to analyze value-added processes and make business decisions.

    You will be involved in cross-departmental projects and learn about business processes.

    You will participate in the preparation, planning and follow-up of company events, business trips and meetings.

    What qualifies you?  

    You have a (soon to be) successfully completed secondary school diploma or a higher education entrance qualification.

    You are fit in German and English, as we attach importance to a good way of expressing ourselves and are internationally active.

    With a good understanding of numbers, cost calculations are easier for you.

    You are quick on the uptake and enthusiastic about new things.

    You enjoy working on the PC and have already gained some experience with MS Office programs.

    You are conscientious, reliable and a team player.
