Tasks

Carry out rectification of non-conformity on aircraft and on aircraft components

Structural repair, assembly and modifications of aircraft structure

Coordinate and plan rework activity with different parties and customers

Lead and develop team members

Communicate and correspond both orally and in writing with suppliers and customers.

Document reworks and validate rework of team members

Involvement with project management and coordination

Qualifications: 

Strong background in Aerostructure

Bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the customer site and technical documentation.

You have a quick mind and developed attention to detail

Have proven leadership skills

Willingness to travel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
